These terms apply to the website at veritycommand.com and to the public documents published on it.
Use of the site
The website is operated by Sovereign Inc. You may browse it and read its content for your own information and for evaluating Verity Command. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to place an unreasonable load on it.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics and documents on this site, and the names Verity Command, Tunnel Sovereign, QECNet Trust Fabric, Verity Edge and Verity Forge and their associated marks, belong to Sovereign Inc. or are used with permission. Except as stated below, no licence to them is granted.
Public documents
Documents marked PUBLIC EDITION may be downloaded, stored and shared in full and unmodified, including their document identifier, version and copyright notice, for the purpose of evaluating Verity Command. Each PDF is published with a SHA-256 checksum so that a copy can be checked against the original. Modified or partial copies must not be presented as documents of Sovereign Inc.
Nature of the information
The site describes the architecture and intended behavior of Verity Command for general information. It is not an offer, a contract, a specification of any particular delivery, or a statement of performance measured in any environment. Scenarios on the site, including the Hormuz reference scenario, use synthetic data and do not describe real events, vessels, organizations or people. Any supply of products or services is governed solely by a separate written agreement.
Export control
Verity Command and related technical information may be subject to export control and sanctions laws. Nothing on this site authorizes the export, re-export or transfer of any product, software or technology. Any engagement is subject to the export control and sanctions laws that apply to the parties involved.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, and Sovereign Inc. does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sovereign Inc. is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
