Verity Command software, documentation and technical data may be subject to export control and sanctions laws, including European Union Regulation (EU) 2021/821 on dual-use items and national export control regimes. Where applicable, United States export regulations may also apply.
Our practice
- We classify our products and technical data before release.
- We screen customers, partners and end users against applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists.
- We obtain licenses where required before any export, transfer or technical assistance.
- We do not supply sanctioned countries, persons or prohibited end uses.
Your obligations
Recipients of our products or technical data must comply with applicable export control laws and may not re-export or transfer them without the required authorization.
